RESERVATIONS:
A $500.00 per person
deposit is required to reserve a space on our trips. Booking
is confirmed upon receipt of this deposit. We accept payment
by check only. Please make checks payable to Europeds. Final
payment is due 90 days prior to the trip’s start date.
Bookings and payments are confirmed by return mail. A risk
release form, also sent at this time, must be read, signed
and returned to Europeds.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made in writing. A $400.00 per person
cancellation fee will be assessed when cancellation is made
more than 90 days prior to trip start date. Fifty percent (50%)
of the full tour cost will be retained by Europeds when cancellation
occurs between 90 days and 31 days before a trip’s start
date. Full tour cost will be retained by Europeds when cancellation
occurs within 30 days of the trip start date or during the trip.
We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance. |
